I found some environment sketches from last year so I am sharing some of them.. The are since March 2014 I think and there was still snow.. Actually they were meant to be for one of the assignments for The Art Assignment but I never got the time to finish them the way I wanted to so may be someday I will...

These are roughs for a Picture book project that was cancelled and I didn't get to do it mainly because the publisher had terms that I couldn't agree with on their contract..I am posting them as an example of how I approach the story in terms of a rough storyboard (that I can alter or add details to or change a bit later) for those of you who are interested to know how it looks like at this phase..also it is a good way to claim rights on the roughs /artwork in case if it was used without my permission.

Working on a cover for Majid magazine #kidlitart :)  thoughts about the characters for a comic I need to finish TODAY ..just thought I’d keep myself awake by uploading this :)..I wanted to ink traditionally but I guess I’ll need to do it digitally to save time.. 
Storyboards for something I’m working on.. they still need some fixes but I like to just start of messy :) I’ll try to put some full color pieces soon :) Late #inktober Day 31 ..ancient and middle eastern Halloween for a change :)..goodbye inktober..any similar November activities?

#inktober Day26 The other day I found our dog in the bedroom..I went to her steadily and paused then said "Stay out of my territory!" ..the poor thing left while I was singing "TV on the Radio" by DLZ ...I guess I Heisenberged my dog out of the room...sorry May :D Oh and if dogs are online I have a message for them ..LEAVE OUR SOCKS ALONE ..it's getting cold!! brrrrr  #inktober Day 24 | pen & ink ( more to come today!)
